Ableben Dolores Bauer

 

18.9.1934 - 23.6.2010

 

With deep grief we have to announce the death of our beloved President of the Austrian Ugandan Friendship Association Dolores Bauer.

She has been the initiator and promoter of the friendship between Austria and Uganda since 1984 and has leaded us all these years with her humanity, intelligence and energy.

 

We lost a wonderful friend and the heart of the Association.

May she rest in peace

It is with great sadness that we have to tell that our beloved Father Albert Byaruhanga passed away after a car accident on Monday afternoon, 26th of October 2009 at Kyanda along Mubende-Mityana road.

PaN - Price

On 9th of April 2008 the Austrian-Ugandan Friendship Association was awarded the "Partner of all Nations - PaN-Price" from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs for 20 years of work for intercultural dialogue.
